I had a decent experience shopping here. They’ve got a good mix of outdoor stuff like backpacks, clothing, and camping gear, and I did spot a few brands I already like. That said, the selection wasn’t as big as I expected, especially for certain sizes, which was a little disappointing. Prices felt average too, not bad but not exactly a WOW deal. The site was easy enough to browse though, so that was a plus. I’d say it’s good for basic gear, but probably not my first stop if I’m looking for tons of options

I like the store overall, but when I checked, the brand selection was limited. A few specific things I was looking for were either missing or out of stock, and since I’m careful about comparing prices before buying, I ended up finding what I needed somewhere else. The site is fine to browse, just not the best if you’re after particular brands or trying to get the best deal.

My order showed up in a reasonable amount of time, and most of it was right. One item came in the wrong color though, which wasn’t the end of the world, but it was still annoying because I chose that color on purpose. Customer service did eventually respond, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, it was decent, but I do wish they had checked the order a bit more carefully before sending it out.

I ordered something from Whole Earth Provision and ended up sending it back because it just wasn’t going to work for me. The return process itself was fine enough, so I figured the refund would be straightforward too. Silly me, apparently.

The refund took way longer than I expected, and I kept having to check on it like it was some kind of group project where I was the only one paying attention. It really felt like nothing was happening unless I followed up, which is always such a fun use of time.
To be fair, customer service did respond when I reached out, so there’s that. But the waiting around was frustrating, and while it wasn’t the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, I probably wouldn’t order again if there’s any chance I might need a refund

My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, but i wasn’t too impressed with the packaging. The box was a little crushed on one side, and it didn’t seem like there was enough padding inside. Luckily, nothing was damaged, so that was a relief, but I personally would’ve felt better if it had been packed more securely. Overall, it was just an okay experience for me.

I don’t think I was being unreasonable, but the pickup process was a bit frustrating. I ended up having to wait outside longer than expected, which wasn’t ideal. I get that things can get busy, but it would’ve been nice if it was a little more organized.

I found a few things I needed for less than what I was seeing on other outdoor sites, which was a nice surprise. The quality ended up being solid too, so I do feel like I got my money’s worth. Shipping was reasonable and didn’t turn into some annoying extra cost at checkout. I wasn’t totally blown away or anything, but overall it was a good experience and I’d probably order from them again.

I stopped in looking for a travel bag and ended up picking up a couple extra things while I was there. The staff was laid-back and didn’t hover, which I liked, but they were helpful when I had questions. Prices seemed fair for the quality, and checkout was fast. My only small thing is I wish some of the product info or signs were a little clearer, since I wasn’t totally sure about a few details at first. Still, it was a nice store to wander around in and I’ll probably go back.

I ordered a carry-on bag and a few packing cubes from Whole Earth Provision before a weekend trip, mostly because my old suitcase had one wheel that sounded like a shopping cart in a parking lot. The order was easy, everything arrived packed nicely, and it actually got here a couple days sooner than I expected. The bag feels sturdy, the zippers don’t snag, and the cubes made packing way less of a mess than my usual pile-on-the-bed system. I used them for shirts, socks, and a random charger pouch, and it all fit better than expected. Happy with the whole experience and I’d definitely buy from them again

I checked out Whole Earth Provision because I was hoping to find some decent footwear, but the selection was kind of underwhelming. A lot of the sizes I clicked on were already gone, and the styles felt way more limited than I expected.
Not saying it’s a scam, but it just didn’t feel like the best place to shop for shoes if you want options. Maybe it works if you only need something basic, but I ended up leaving and ordering from another site instead

The staff were really friendly and greeted me when I came in, which I appreciated. But it took quite a while before anyone was able to help me, and that got a bit frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of a mixed one for me.

I found a couple cute gift ideas here, so that was nice, but the toy section felt small tbh. Prices were okay, not bad or anything, I just wish there was more to choose form. Probaly would come back for gifts, just not so much for toys...

It’s okay overall, but the quality is a bit of a gamble. Some things are perfectly decent and feel worth it, and then other stuff makes you wonder what happened. Like, why can’t it just be consistent? Not terrible by any means, but definitely hit or miss.

Checkout kept timing out on me, and I had to type in my card info twice. The order did finally go through, but the whole process was annoying and, not sure how to explain it, just not very clear while it was happening.

I got exactly what I ordered and it showed up in good shape. The site was easy to use too. I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping cost felt higher than I expected for such a small order. It did arrive fast though and I’d probably order again if I needed something specific...

The return label was easy to deal with, and the replacement showed up faster than I thought it would. Customer service also replied to my email in a normal, helpful way, which I really appreciated. Definitely a 5-star experience
